Get to know me

I am a commercially minded property professional with experience spanning multiple markets, including Australia, India, the United States, and now Italy, where I am living and investing firsthand.

I have over 20 years experience in the Australian property sector where I owned and operated both residential and commercial agencies, while also delivering a range of build and renovation projects across several cities. This foundation gave me a strong understanding of the full property lifecycle — from acquisition through to value creation.

My career then took me internationally. I spent seven years as CEO of a franchised real estate company in India, followed by consulting work with major real estate groups in the United States. In 2017, I also founded an online rental payments business, bringing a more innovative, technology-driven approach to the industry.

Today, my partner and I own multiple properties in Italy, and I have personally navigated every stage of the journey — from searching and purchasing, through to renovation and short-term rental management.

That hands-on experience means I understand not only the opportunities, but also the challenges. More importantly, I know how to navigate them with confidence, clarity, and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

What gets me up every day is the opportunity to create something meaningful.

An artist works with canvas and paint; I prefer bricks, mortar, and limewash. There is something deeply satisfying about shaping a space into a home — somewhere that feels inviting, tells a story, and becomes part of people's lives.

My perspective on property was shaped early. My mother taught me that true wealth is built through property — that while work provides income, property creates something lasting. She showed me how to recognise opportunity where others might overlook it. My father, in turn, instilled in me the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

What I love most is the entire journey. From searching for the right property and uncovering its hidden potential, to negotiating well and collaborating with people who share the same vision. There is a quiet satisfaction in seeing something evolve from an idea into a finished space, knowing it will be lived in, enjoyed, and valued for years to come.

Just as important is the human side of the work. Many clients become friends along the way. I value hearing their stories, understanding what matters to them, and helping translate that into something tangible. There is a shared sense of achievement in that process that makes each project unique.

I understand that buying and renovating in Italy can feel overwhelming at times. Being able to guide people through that journey, offer clarity, and share in their excitement as their vision takes shape is a genuine privilege.

At its core, this work brings me back to what I value most about property — the connection between people, place, and potential.
